William and his crew did a great job. We had to rush to replace the roof and he came out within a few hours of calling him, gave me an estimate on the stop and fit us in quickly as well. The price was very competitive against other quotes we received but William moved a lot faster. The roof looks great. They were quick, they cleaned up every day at the end of the day and were done in a few days. William came this morning and spend a good hour doing one final check of everything, sweeping for any nails that may have ended up stuck between the boards of the deck, on the driveway or in the bushes near the house. He pays a lot of attention to detail. I hope I don’t need a roof for a long time but if I do, I’ll sure call William and his crew again. ~ Vicente M

This company is fantastic! William and their entire team are the absolute best and really go out of their way to help you! Not only did we have a bathroom redone by them a few months back that in which the installers did an amazing job but we recently had a tub leak in another bathroom that was going through the downstairs ceiling and when I called them, William came out of the same day to take a look at it for us and had William put us on the books to get a repair done very quickly by their team even though they were really busy. Where do we begin… received an unexpected call from our homeowners insurance on Monday that we had 10 days to replace our roof or be canceled. We instantly called around and had 7 quotes within 2 days. I met with William with Raleigh Roofers and instantly knew this was a genuine, upfront, honest gentleman. Everything was explained so that we understood and answered of our questions. We signed a contract the next morning and he delivered supplies that day for work to begin in the morning. His team showed up promptly that next morning and got right to work. They worked efficiently and seamlessly to complete the roof with just a few hours! After they completed, they cleaned up all materials and ensured all nails were picked up. William and his team were amazing and lifesavers!!! I cannot say enough about this company. I was very satisfied with the initial conversation concerning my roof, the sample selections and choices was thoroughly discussed with me, I was convinced of the honesty and professionalism of Mr. Coble. Before starting the prep to protect landscaping and the quality of the workmanship as well as the clean-up impressed me, the workers showed respect for my property and the final product was exactly what I wanted, in addition to having a product that came with a 50 year labor and material warranty I felt no buyers remorse, I have to say even though the price was more than I expected, I feel satisfied and confident that the investment was worth it. ~ Eric B

I had a leak along a dormer as well as another concern that William and his team worked on. I held off on reviewing here until we got our first heavy rain to make sure that the leak was no longer an issue. 2 months later and the a heavy rain came around and the leak was still there. I called William, he responded within an hour or so and was out a day or two later. We took another look at the leak and found the likely source of it (a different location than we focused on the first time) and he worked to clear it up. I'm confident that we have got it right this time, or that if the problem comes back that he will be transparent and honest in helping to address it. ~ Ross C

There are still good contractors out there, and William with Raleigh Roofers is definitely one. I had been through 3 contractors prior to speaking with William, and truthfully, I expected the same treatment. But every step of the way, William exceeded my expectations with his courteous, professional manner, clear communication about the job, and patient responses to questions along the way to complete my project with flying colors. What I appreciated most was that once he began the project, it not only fell within his estimated time of completion, but also was performed with high quality workmanship. I hired Raleigh Roofers to replace our asphalt roof, copper roofing, and install new gutters and gutter guards. The estimator William was very professional and knowledgeable. William oversaw the roofing and were great. The communication and professionalism was top notch. I was also very impressed that Raleigh Roofers required their roofers to stop work at 1 pm a couple of days when the heat was over 100. Overall, it could not have been a greater experience. They do not do all of this work in one day. They take their time and make sure that everything is done fixed. The roof is beautiful. You can tell that they take pride in the job that they do. This was the first new roof I've ever purchased, so I got several quotes... and all from roofers that were already recommended. William at Raleigh Roofers gave me the same high quality roof that everyone else was offering for a much better price. I liked the way William kept the discussion and choices simple with straight forward explanations. He also had a good quick awareness of the products that were currently available in the area and what the best current deals were on shingles. Raleigh Roofers was an excellent company to use for our unfortunate roof repair. Before calling them, I noticed a water spot in our ceiling. I gave them a call and they quickly came out, assessed the issue, found out what would be needed for the roof to be fixed properly, and had it repaired a short time later. William was great to deal with and, despite us being out of town at the time, he did a thorough job keeping us up-to-date on the repairs, via texts/pictures/phone call. It's also nice that the repair has a 5-year warranty... though hopefully that's not needed. I would recommend Raleigh Roofers to others. ~ Daniel M

I’m usually not the one to write reviews but I had to! My roof was leaking and needed to fix ASAP they were able to come out within an hour of me calling them and did a wonderful job at a great price, I would definitely recommend them very professional and honest explained everything that was done to the roof and gave me suggestions on how to get the most out of my roof, they stand behind their work and provided a 5 year warranty in case I get any more leaks on the roof. Will definitely be calling them back for more business and will use them and recommend them to others. ~ Steven C

William and his team have helped us multiple times over the years. A few years ago when we had minor roof leaks but were not ready to replace & he was able to patch the roof at a reasonable price to get us back to good again. Last week he did the replacement of the roof and installed gutters and it looks great. His quote was fair, right in the middle, and when I factored in our prior experience with him, his warranty, and his Google reputation it was an easy decision. I was very happy with the work that Raleigh Roofers did for me. William Coble was very responsive when I contacted him to repair a leak in my roof and was able to schedule the work within two days. William showed me what was causing my leak and explained in detail how they were going to resolve the issues. When the team discovered that my skylights were rotting, they were able to quickly get replacements and install them the same day. The team worked quickly and cleaned up completely before they left. My wife and I dealt with William and David on 11/13/24 and they were very informational and helpful along the way to understanding what we needed for our bathroom addition. They had added hookup to our exhaust fan and they needed up informing us our contracted plumber did not vent the bathroom probably and he ended up adding a hook up to vent our entire bathroom (we just have to finish that part) Overall, I would highly recommend both of them as they were professional, quick and proficient! We had over 5 roofers come out and inspect my house since we had leaking by the front door. Every roofer said something different and we weren't sure which one to use. The last company to inspect my roof was Raleigh Roofers. Within 10 minutes of inspection they had found the issue, showed me screenshots, and fixed it right in front of me. I am EXTREMELY happy with their service and would recommend that anyone who is in need of roofing repairs contact this company immediately. My home was built in 1994 , and a new asphalt shingle roof was needed so started seeking contractors . June 2020. . I looked on-line at recommendations and found Raleigh Roofers (William Coble ) William met me at my home last Thurs June 18 same day I called ; And , He provided me with a written quotation , and I accepted his Bid on the spot . We picked out a shingle design and color from his samples , and on Monday June 22 Raleigh-Roofers Crew showed up and completed the new roof project in ONE DAY ( a 12 hour day ), but One Day as promised by William ) Large tarps were placed around the home ( 3 roof levels) , and the tarps collected the old materials and nails during demo of the old shingles . Additionally , they double and triple checked the area around the home with magnets to try and get every nail . Needless to say , I am impressed and pleased with my New Roof . We have been having leaks on our business’s roof since it was built. We have had roofer after roofer come out and claim they had fixed it. We had the roof replaced, and still it leaked. It was Raleigh Roofers and William Coble who came out this spring and FINALLY fixed the roof. The April storms have done their worst, and we had another small issue, at which point William immediately came back out to our business and corrected the last small issue. Another storm has come and gone…..no leaks! I am a believer in Raleigh Roofers and William Coble. ~ Sherry P

Raleigh Roofers were awesome! The day I called William and told I needed a roof replacement he called me back and found time to come and look at the job right away. He offered me several colors from the samples and explained about different shingles. He also noticed missing estimates on the insurance claim, so we got back to the insurer to re-calculate the amount. I chose a color and next week right before Thanksgiving my roof was done! I am very happy with the service and after waiting for so long I almost instantly got a new roof. Highly recommend them! ~ Olga F

Raleigh Roofers removed and replaced a leaking valley section on our roof on August 19 . They came over within 24 hours of the leak. The crew was professional and completed the job from set up to clean up in 3 hours. The owner even walked the roof with us to talk about potential issues in the future. The crew found a piece of loose flashing around our chimney and replaced and sealed it while they were cleaning up from the roof repair. They were wonderful and I would definitely recommend them for your roofing needs. ~ Erin D

William came out and walked us through all the different options, provided a quote and they were replacing the roof by the end of the week. They were prompt when we asked for a quote, provided good explanations about what would be needed and why, the price was fair and we scheduled the work. The crew showed up on time and quickly went to work. They identified a repair that was needed around the chimney and did that as well. At the end of the day, everything was completed, the area around the house was cleaned (roofing is messy work) and other than the new roof and skylight, you couldn't tell they had been here. ~ Susan P
